With a strong execution team and a proven track record of delivering high-quality interior and civil works across India, GLI is committed to excellence, innovation, safety, and timely project delivery. Role Description – Site Supervisor This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor responsible for managing day-to-day operations at GLI’s construction and interior fit-out sites across India. The Site Supervisor will ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, material specifications, and project deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all on-site activities related to civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing works. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and the internal project management team. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and technical specifications. Monitor daily work progress, identify site issues, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain project schedules, manpower planning, material tracking, and work sequencing. Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports to project managers. Verify measurements, certify completed work, and assist with RA bills and BOQ documentation. Maintain discipline, work ethics, and a professional environment at the site. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, civil construction, or site supervision (MANDATORY). Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical blueprints. Knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and statutory site compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. Proficiency in computer basics (Excel, Email, Reporting Tools) & project management tools. Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related fields. Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Depends on experience, technical skills, and project handling capability.) Terms & Conditions: This is a full-time field role; candidate must be ready to travel or relocate Pan India as per project needs. The employee must follow all company policies, safety standards, and reporting guidelines. Work timings, weekly off, and overtime will be governed by project requirements and company rules. Any negligence, misconduct, or violation of safety guidelines may lead to disciplinary action. Performance will be reviewed at regular intervals based on quality, timelines, coordination, and reporting. Employment is subject to document verification, background checks, and approval from management. GLI reserves the right to transfer the employee to any site or project location across India. A probation period of 3 months will apply; confirmation depends on performance. Company materials, tools, documents, and assets must be handled responsibly; losses may be recovered. Final compensation, benefits, and allowances will be issued as per the official appointment/offer letter.
