Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Delhi

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated site supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects at various sites. The site supervisor will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing resources, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate and supervise construction activities at multiple sites.

2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

3. Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.

4. Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and team members.

5. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control.

6. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site.

7. Keep accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials.

8. Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

9. Implement and enforce site-specific rules and regulations.

10. Assist with training and mentoring junior staff as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

2. Strong leadership and communication skills.

3. Excellent problem-solving abilities.

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

6. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (a bike is a must).

7. Must be able to travel to various job sites as required.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
