**Role Overview**:
As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through their academic journey and helping them make informed decisions about enrolling in TAP Academy’s programs. This is a sales-focused role where you will manage student leads, build relationships, and drive enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling & Sales**: Understand students' academic needs, career goals, and recommend suitable courses and programs.
- **Lead Conversion**: Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and outreach activities to convert them into enrolled students.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to foster trust and ensure continued engagement.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the TAP Academy’s courses, programs, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- **CRM Management**: Track all student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrollment targets set by the management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or counseling, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
