**About the Role**

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dispatch team and support U.S. trucking operations. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for assigning loads, coordinating with drivers, ensuring timely deliveries, and keeping customers updated. This role demands strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and quick problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Load Assignment**: Allocate loads to trucks based on customer needs, driver availability, and equipment readiness.
- **Route Planning**: Identify efficient and safe delivery routes with a focus on time and fuel savings.
- **Driver Communication**: Maintain constant contact with drivers to monitor trip progress, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- **Load Tracking**: Utilize dispatch software and GPS systems (e.g., LoadStop, Samsara) to track shipments and keep customers informed.
- **Issue Resolution**: Respond quickly to unexpected challenges such as delays, traffic, weather, or breakdowns.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure adherence to RTO rules, driving hours, and safety regulations.
- **Documentation**: Verify and maintain essential documents like BOL, POD, trip sheets, and logs.
- **Customer Coordination**: Work closely with shippers, receivers, and brokers to confirm pickup/delivery schedules and resolve concerns.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate driver logs, trip reports, and delivery records.
- **Team Contribution**: Support company objectives by following safety guidelines, maintaining a positive attitude, and performing other duties as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 0-2 years of experience preferred (freshers with excellent communication may apply).
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple processes, and work under pressure.
- Quick thinker with sound judgment and adaptability.
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
- Prior experience in U.S. trucking operations, especially with **LoadStop** and **Samsara**, will be highly valued.

**Shift & Work Details**
- **Shift**: Night shift (9 hours)
- **Work Days**: 6 days a week
- **Location**: Rajajinagar, Bangalore (In-office role)

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Salary**: ₹24,999 - ₹49,999 per month (based on experience and communication skills)
