About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dispatch team and support U.S. trucking operations. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for assigning loads, coordinating with drivers, ensuring timely deliveries, and keeping customers updated. This role demands strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and quick problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load Assignment: Allocate loads to trucks based on customer needs, driver availability, and equipment readiness.
  • Route Planning: Identify efficient and safe delivery routes with a focus on time and fuel savings.
  • Driver Communication: Maintain constant contact with drivers to monitor trip progress, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Load Tracking: Utilize dispatch software and GPS systems (e.g., LoadStop, Samsara) to track shipments and keep customers informed.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond quickly to unexpected challenges such as delays, traffic, weather, or breakdowns.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to RTO rules, driving hours, and safety regulations.
  • Documentation: Verify and maintain essential documents like BOL, POD, trip sheets, and logs.
  • Customer Coordination: Work closely with shippers, receivers, and brokers to confirm pickup/delivery schedules and resolve concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate driver logs, trip reports, and delivery records.
  • Team Contribution: Support company objectives by following safety guidelines, maintaining a positive attitude, and performing other duties as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 0–2 years of experience preferred (freshers with excellent communication may apply).
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple processes, and work under pressure.
  • Quick thinker with sound judgment and adaptability.
  • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Prior experience in U.S. trucking operations, especially with LoadStop and Samsara, will be highly valued.

Shift & Work Details

  • Shift: Night shift (9 hours)
  • Work Days: 6 days a week
  • Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore (In-office role)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹24,999 – ₹49,999 per month (based on experience and communication skills)
