**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in US calling or a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on the US shift basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in customer service or communication is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
