Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and articulate International Calling Executive to support the promotion and coordination of scientific conferences. This role involves reaching out to researchers, scholars, and industry professionals across the globe to encourage participation in upcoming conferences and to provide necessary guidance and support throughout the registration and submission process.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound international calls to invite researchers, speakers, and delegates to participate in upcoming scientific conferences.

Explain the objectives, themes, and benefits of the conferences clearly and persuasively.

Follow up with interested individuals to assist with registration and abstract submission.

Handle participant queries related to conference topics, dates, venues, and other relevant details.

Provide support in identifying suitable speakers, authors, and academic partners for each event.

Assist in preparing call scripts and communication templates for outreach.

Maintain basic records of call outcomes and responses using spreadsheets or documents.

Coordinate with the internal event team to ensure smooth communication with participants.

Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions across time zones.

**Required Skills**:
Strong English communication skills - both spoken and written.

Clear and confident voice for handling international calls.

Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.

Basic knowledge or interest in scientific research and academic events.

Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

Good organizational and follow-up ability.

Willingness to work flexible hours if required to match different time zones.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
