1. Design Identification and Catalog Planning:

- Identify upcoming catalog shoots through communication from MD.
- Verify color preferences across branches; shoot only common colors unless approved by department head.

2. Premium vs. Non-Premium Classification:

- Consult MD to determine which designs will be shot as premium or non-premium.
- Document shoot requirements (e.g., colors, number of posters, gatefolds) in a Google Sheet.

3. Detailed Excel File Preparation:

- Create an Excel file categorizing premium and non-premium designs separately.
- Include details such as design name, fabric, quantity, and classification (premium/non-premium).

4. Coordination with NE-JM Poster Group:

- Ensure designs slated for shooting are confirmed and photographs are available in Coordination Group.
- Verify colors against for confirm accuracy.

5. MD Approval and Marking:

- Present all designs to MD for approval, distinguishing between premium and non-premium.
- Mark approved designs accordingly for shooting.

6. Vendor Communication and Data Sharing:

- Compile detailed Excel sheets for both premium and non-premium categories.
- Share data with shooting vendors via WhatsApp group, ensuring barcode details are scanned and shared internally.

7. Sample and Printing Verification:

- Receive PDF proofs from vendors and conduct thorough checks against shoot requirements.
- Communicate any necessary corrections back to vendors via group communication for revised PDF approval.

8. Sample Approval and Printing Instructions:

- Request a sample for final verification before full-scale printing.
- Verify sample and provide printing instructions to vendors upon approval.

9. Final Inspection and Distribution:

- Conduct a final inspection upon receipt of printed materials to ensure they match approved samples.
- Dispatch gate folds and posters to respective branches as per requirement, updating invoice numbers in sheet.

10. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all posters and gate folds meet quantity and quality specifications outlined in the requirements.
- Address any discrepancies promptly to maintain consistency and quality across all designs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,121.80 - ₹32,802.65 per month
