Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: SURAT

Department: E-commerce / Sales & Marketing

Experience: 1-3 years

Reporting To: E-commerce Manager / Head of E-commerce

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing & Catalog Management:
Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio and the company’s own website.

Order & Inventory Management:
Monitor orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams, and ensure timely dispatch. Track and manage stock levels across platforms.

Pricing & Promotions:
Set up and manage pricing, offers, discounts, and participation in platform-specific campaigns (e.g., Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival).

Customer Service Coordination:
Address and resolve customer queries, reviews, or complaints received via platforms or social channels.

Platform Coordination:
Work with account managers from marketplaces for new initiatives, campaign planning, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations.

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms.

Good command over Excel (basic formulas, data handling) and reporting tools.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple product lines or platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a D2C brand or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) e-commerce.

Exposure to tools like Unicommerce, Browntape, or similar OMS/integration platforms.

Work Schedule:
Male : 9:00 am to 8:00 pm

Female:9:00 am to 7:00 pm

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
