We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Associate. The primary responsibility of the Store Associate is to provide exceptional customer service, ensure the store is well-maintained, and support the store’s daily operations. As a key team member, you will be expected to assist with inventory management, sales, and customer engagement while adhering to store policies and maintaining a positive shopping environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, availability, and prices.
- Provide expert advice on store products to increase sales.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- **Sales and Promotions**:

- Actively promote store sales, discounts, and promotions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Assist in setting up displays, signage, and promotional materials to attract customers.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in stocking and replenishing products on shelves.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
- Help in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new shipments of products.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and properly labeled.
- **Store Presentation**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Ensure the store’s layout and shelves are neat and visually appealing to customers.
- Ensure the store complies with health and safety standards.
- **Cash Handling and Transactions**:

- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with store policies.
- Ensure the security of cash and other assets during the workday.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the store team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Support team members with tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or retail-related courses are a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and store technology.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with a diverse team.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for long periods, lift products up to [X] pounds, and perform tasks involving bending, reaching, and walking.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Quarterly bonus
