**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and maximize sales.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute sales and promotional strategies.
- Implement security measures to prevent theft and maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback.
