Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent in-store service, drive sales, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. The role involves assisting customers, managing product displays, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.

Provide detailed product knowledge, recommendations, and upselling where appropriate.

Process sales transactions (billing, payments, returns, exchanges).

Maintain stock levels, assist in inventory management, and replenish shelves.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the Store Manager.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and new product launches.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
