**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and file accurate and timely federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.

2. Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information, address inquiries, and provide expert advice on tax-related matters.

3. Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies for clients.

4. Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial data for tax reporting purposes.

5. Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies for clients.

6. Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents to identify potential tax credits and deductions.

7. Maintain organized and up-to-date client files to facilitate efficient retrieval of information during audits or inquiries.

8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Detail-oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
