Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Tax Compliance:
Prepare, review, and file US federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships, ensuring full compliance with IRS and state tax authorities.

Client Communication:
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to gather financial data, explain tax requirements, and advise on potential tax-saving strategies.

Research & Updates:
Tax Planning & Advisory:
Provide tailored tax planning strategies to clients, assisting with forecasting, structuring transactions, and minimizing tax liabilities within legal boundaries.

Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and organized tax records, supporting documentation, and client communications for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in US taxation, ideally within a Big Four accounting firm or a recognized tax consultancy.

Enrolled Agent (EA) certification preferred; CPA or progress toward certification is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of US tax codes, IRS regulations, and relevant tax treaties.

Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills:
Proficient in US tax preparation software (e.g., TurboTax, TaxSlayer, Drake, or similar platforms).

Analytical Thinking:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non-experts.

Client Service:
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships while delivering high-quality service under deadlines.

Organization & Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
