**Job Title**: U.S. Tax Analyst
**Job Summary**: The U.S. Tax Analyst is responsible for analyzing, preparing, and filing tax returns and related documents while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external advisors to optimize tax strategies and identify potential tax savings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Tax Compliance**:
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns, including income, sales and use, property, and payroll taxes.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required filings to tax authorities.
- **Tax Reporting**:
- Assist in the preparation of tax provision calculations for financial reporting purposes.
- Support quarterly and annual tax provision processes in compliance with ASC 740 (or equivalent standards).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and financial reporting.
- **Tax Planning and Analysis**:
- Research and interpret tax laws, regulations, and rulings to identify tax savings opportunities.
- Provide analysis on the impact of new tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop tax strategies.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
