**About Idanim**

Idanim is on a mission to help people initiate & deepen their meditation and mindfulness practice.Idanim's teachers are globally renowned monks and meditation experts who help users cultivate mindfulness, inner peace, joy, and emotional well-being.Idanim offers a 100% free meditation app. The app has LIVE and 1000+ guided meditations, chants, pranayama exercises, and other mindfulness practices in English and Hindi. The app is available on the App Store and Play Store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze user feedback to gain insights into usage patterns, reasons for uninstalling, feature requests, content feedback, etc.
- Share insights on product usage/features, content gaps, and other improvements.
- Provide timely support to users by addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a Behavioral Psychology, Marketing, Journalism, or Business Administration course/degree.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
