**PURPOSE**:
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Intern in his/her early stage of career. You will be responsible for working on our knowledge base and marketing initiatives.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**:
UG: BBA or any other similar degree with Marketing Operations as a major specialization

PG: MBA or any other similar degree with Marketing Operations as a major specialization (PG not compulsory)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead the creation of engaging product videos to enrich our knowledge library through teamwork.
- Craft comprehensive user guides with utmost clarity, elevating customer support effectiveness.
- Work closely with the design team to support video editing using software such as CanvaPro, leveraging AI features to enhance visual content.
- Strategically coordinate tasks with partners to enhance our knowledge base and marketing endeavors.
- Consult with internal & external stakeholders to develop training modules and customer support resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Execute LinkedIn campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement, leveraging the platform's features to target relevant audiences effectively.
- Design branded documents to maintain consistency across communication channels and enhance the company's professional image.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Manage relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners to foster collaboration and achieve business objectives.

**Required Qualification**
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Experience in either Content Marketing or Digital Marketing or any other similar work would be preferred. A minor in Marketing would be preferred.
- Knowledge of the IT Services or Technology domain is preferred.
- Should be a self-starter and problem solver.
