**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily logistics, container handling, and transportation operations to ensure smooth and timely service.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process optimizations for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- **Team Coordination**: Lead and support operational teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
- **Maintenance of MIS**: Maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to track operational metrics, performance, and compliance.
- **Compliance Tracking**: Ensure timely renewal and compliance for vehicle fitness, insurance, and other regulatory requirements.
- **Procurement**: Issue Purchase Orders (PO) for required parts and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
- **Customer Service**: Work closely with the client support team to meet customer needs and maintain high service standards.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5-10 years in operations roles, preferably within logistics or transportation.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency in operations software, and understanding of safety regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
