**About the Role**:
Brego Land is looking for a detail-oriented professional with **2-4 years of experience in land acquisition and real estate operations**. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land parcels, managing due diligence, and ensuring smooth execution of land-related transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential land for acquisition.
- Conduct due diligence, including legal, financial, and compliance checks.
- Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to close deals.
- Manage end-to-end documentation and registration processes.
- Coordinate with legal teams, surveyors, and government authorities for approvals.
- Maintain accurate land records and reports on acquisition progress.
- Monitor market trends and provide inputs for strategic land acquisition.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Mandatory**: 2-4 years of experience in **land acquisition/real estate operations**.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of land laws, documentation, and compliance processes.
- Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
