**SDR/Operations Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.

3. Operations Management: Ensure seamless client operations, including contract management, invoicing, and reporting.

4. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring transparent and timely communication.

5. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve client-facing processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

3. Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of business operations, sales, and marketing principles.

4. Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

6. Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
