As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience is welcoming and trouble-free. You will handle various guest services, including reservations, check-ins, and resolving any issues that arise to provide an exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Provide guests with information about the facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Ensure the lobby and other guest areas are clean and well presented.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Pay: ₹241,800.00 - ₹301,200.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Guest services: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Kannada, English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
