**Job Summary**:
As a Guest Service Associate at PVR, you will be the face of the cinema, responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the quality and cleanliness standards of the cinema.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests courteously at the entrance, box office, and food counters.
- Guide guests on show timings, seat allocations, and PVR services.
- Operate POS systems for ticketing and food & beverage sales.
- Ensure cinema halls and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when needed.
- Support crowd management during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- 10+2 / Diploma or Graduate in aviation and Hotel Management
- Good communication skills (English and local language)
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
