Job Description - Sales Support Executive / Manager

Location: Jasola, New Delhi

**Salary**: 16000- 22000

Industry: UPS Manufacturing, Sales & Service

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team by following up on quotations shared with potential clients.
- Perform cold calling and customer interaction to generate and qualify leads.
- Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accurate lead tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer communication.
- Support overall sales operations including reporting and documentation.
- Build strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Electrical / Electronics background).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 year in Sales Support / Inside Sales / Customer Coordination, preferably in electronics or electrical manufacturing industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and telephone handling skills.
- Basic understanding of the sales process and customer engagement techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in building a career in sales and customer support.
- Quick learner with problem-solving ability.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a professional approach.
