Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and online platforms.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

2. Sales Engagement:
Contact leads and present company products/services through visit at shop.Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products/services.

3. Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in excel sheet Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales cycle.

4. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall organizational goals.

5. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction. Gather customer feedback to improve offerings and service quality.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
