**Job Title**: Assistant Executive
**Reports To**: Director - Centre of Excellence (CoE)
**Job Summary**:
The Assistant Executive will support the Director of CoE by coordinating and managing day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth communication across departments, and tracking key initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive follow-ups, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary coordinator between the Director of CoE and internal teams.
- Track ongoing projects, follow up on deadlines, and provide status updates.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain key documentation.
- Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Ensure alignment of CoE initiatives with business objectives.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in executive coordination or operations management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
