**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1) Drafting/reviewing various documents like MOU, Agreement to Sell, Sale Deed, Release Deed, Conveyance Deed, Development Agreement, Agreement to Lease, Deed of Assignment, Lease Deed, Leave & Licence Agreements, Power of Attorney etc.

2) Discuss and deliberate with clients for getting closure and finalising relevant documents.

3) Basic knowledge of various Laws related to Real Estate, redevelopment/development schemes SRA/Tenant/Society/Township, etc.

4) Having sharp commercial acumen and communication skills.

5) Confident personality with high energy and motivation to overcome and tackle any inefficiencies/inactions while dealing with Revenue, Registration and other departments.

Having your own vehicle and a valid driving license is essential.

**Experience: 2-3 years with reputed lawyer working in Real Estate Laws or with a reputed Builder in Pune.**

Education Medium : English is must

Good Command over English Drafting is must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
