**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with the preparation of meetings and events, including coordinating logistics and catering.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
