**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure office security protocols.
- Schedule meetings, manage conference room bookings, and coordinate appointments.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to departments as needed.
- Assist HR or Admin team with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support internal communications and help with organizing office events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service attitude and professional appearance.
- Experience in a tech or IT company environment is a plus.

**Work Environment & Schedule**:

- Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
