Raahi Netradham is a super specialty eye hospital committed to preventing avoidable blindness through quality ophthalmic services and proactive community outreach. We aim to serve underserved populations by organizing eye screening camps, providing referrals, and raising awareness about eye health.

**Job Summary**:
The Community Outreach Worker will play a key role in planning, organizing, and implementing outreach activities and eye health awareness programs in the community. The role includes coordinating eye screening camps, liaising with local stakeholders, educating the public, and ensuring individuals in need receive appropriate eye care services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing community, school, workplace, and mobile eye screening camps.
- Identify and engage with local leaders, NGOs, schools, religious organizations, and other community partners to organize outreach activities.
- Mobilize and educate communities on the importance of regular eye check-ups and early detection of eye problems.
- Register patients at camps, facilitate their screening, and ensure proper documentation.
- Counsel patients identified with eye problems about the importance of follow-up and treatment.
- Coordinate patient referrals to the base hospital and help with follow-up calls or visits.
- Maintain accurate records of camp attendance, referrals, and outcomes.
- Distribute educational materials and conduct awareness sessions on eye health and disease prevention.
- Support logistics for camp setup, including transportation of equipment, banners, and supplies.
- Work closely with the medical and outreach teams to ensure quality service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in healthcare or eye care outreach is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages.
- Ability to connect with diverse communities with empathy and respect.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region and work on weekends when needed.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹8,873.01 - ₹15,000.00 per month
