General Roles and Responsibilities

- Support clients in goal-setting and planning.
- **Case Management**:

- Help manage cases by maintaining client records and documentation.
- Monitor client progress and provide updates to supervisors.
- Coordinate services and resources for clients.
- **Support Services**:

- Participate in direct service delivery, such as counseling or support groups.
- Facilitate workshops or educational sessions for clients or the community.
- **Research and Evaluation**:

- Assist in gathering data for program evaluation and assessment.
- Help conduct literature reviews on relevant topics.
- **Advocacy**:

- Support clients in navigating systems (e.g., healthcare, legal, housing).
- Advocate for client needs within organizations or community resources.
- **Professional Development**:
