Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Pre-Sales/Lead Generation team. The selected

products/services, and generating interest for the sales team to follow up on.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic labs, etc.)
- Identify decision-makers and build a list of qualified leads
- Explain product features and generate initial interest
- Schedule product demos or sales calls for the senior sales team
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing & sales to align lead generation strategies
- Achieve weekly/monthly outreach targets and lead qualification KPIs

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc, B.Pharm, B.Tech, or related fields (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
- Basic knowledge of medical/tech products is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a self-driven attitude
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
