**Roles and Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for field workers, SHGs, and other stakeholders
- Customize training content based on target audience and local context
- Conduct pre
- and post-assessments to evaluate training effectiveness
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to trainees
- Coordinate with project teams and local authorities for smooth implementation
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, feedback forms, and reports
- Participate in monitoring, reporting, and review meetings as required

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
