**Job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Bills/ Voucher checking.
- Preparation of Demand Draft/ Pay Order/Online payments.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of GST,TDS and other compliances.
- Exposure on Cost Centres in Tally.
- Basic Knowledge of preparation of foreign remittance documents.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Preparing accounting entries and reconciling ledgers.
- Manage accounting financial transactions by entering correct account information.
- Ensure payments are being made on time.
- Perform tasks in compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Take on additional tasks or assignments.
- Finding and addressing any discrepancy in accounting.
- Keeping account books and systems upto date.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Proficiency in Accounting software.(Tally)
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail for accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Completion of work allotted within specified time.
- Familiarity in excel, word, power-point.
