Role Overview: Executive – Accounts (Navi Mumbai) Must Have: Proficiency in Accounting and AP/AR Processes Salary Package: 4 – 6 Lakh per annum Role Overview: Executive – Accounts We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, handling payables/receivables, and supporting audits and budgeting processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update general ledger and accounting records Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts Reconcile bank statements and ensure transaction accuracy Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Support month-end and year-end closing activities Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal teams Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and returns Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance a plus) 4-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory compliance Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office tools Preferred Skills: Experience in handling audits and internal controls Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP Exposure to ERP systems Email: What You Can Expect from Us At Lattice MedTech, we value people who take ownership, think ahead, and bring purpose to their work.
