Role Overview: Executive – Accounts (Navi Mumbai)Must Have: Proficiency in Accounting and AP/AR ProcessesSalary Package: 4 – 6 Lakh per annumRole Overview: Executive – AccountsWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, handling payables/receivables, and supporting audits and budgeting processes.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update general ledger and accounting recordsManage accounts payable and receivable processesPrepare and process invoices, payments, and receiptsReconcile bank statements and ensure transaction accuracyAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsLiaise with auditors, vendors, and internal teamsAssist with budget preparation and financial forecastingHandle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and returnsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance a plus)4-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experienceProficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory complianceAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office toolsPreferred Skills:Experience in handling audits and internal controlsKnowledge of IFRS/GAAPExposure to ERP systems📩 Email: careers@latticemedtech.comWhat You Can Expect from UsAt Lattice MedTech, we value people who take ownership, think ahead, and bring purpose to their work.
