Brief Description

Final Quality Control Inspector (Monitoring final Quality.)

Job Description (JD)

Read Engineering Drawing and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product.

Verification of manufacturing documents with component drawings.

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of more complex component.

Approve or reject the Part with respect to quality standards and record the NC.

Maintain records of Inspection, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.

Data and defect trend analysis. Root cause analysis, minimizing the fixed and variable causes of defects. Participate in the team efforts to identify the root causes and its implementation for product rework, rejections or customer complaints.

Ability to use applicable tools and equipment, understanding of Quality inspection procedures.

Identify the potential quality problems and take corrective actions proactively.

Providing support to manufacturing for timely inspection of products.

Coordinating the third party inspection visits on the shop floor.

Job Specification: (Education, Training and Experience)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Competencies / Skills:
Ability to interpret complex drawings, engineering specs and standards and then propose practical solutions to complex problems. Handling all kind of Measuring Instruments. CMM Operation.

Knowledge of reliability requirements

Maintains a professional level of knowledge regarding quality systems

Observes all safety rules and report unsafe conditions.

LOCATION: Regal Rexnord Euroflex Hyderabad Office

Incumbent will be appointed on the rolls of Euroflex Transmissions India Private Limited.
