Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month + ₹10,000–15,000 incentives + PF + Insurance

Job Description

We are hiring Car Evaluators to inspect and evaluate cars at customer locations. This is a field-based role for candidates with hands-on experience in vehicle inspection and mechanical diagnostics.

Training:

Selected candidates will attend a 30-day paid training program in Delhi. Accommodation and meals will be provided by the company during training.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to inspect used vehicles (luxury & regular)
• Evaluate car condition – mechanical, electrical, body, and documentation
• Create detailed evaluation reports for resale/decision-making
• Follow company's inspection process and quality standards

Candidate Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a technician or mechanic
• ITI or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical (mandatory)
• Must hold a valid driving license and be confident in driving all types of cars
• Ability to read and understand basic English
• Prior experience in OEM-based companies (e.g., Maruti True Value, Mahindra First Choice) is acceptable

Not Eligible If You Have:

• Only service advisor experience
• Commercial vehicle background
• Work experience in companies like Cars24, , CarDekho, OLX, Rev, Carwale, CarTrade
• Only plant/manufacturing experience
