**About Us**:
VasyERP (Acquired by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP

products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.

**Intro to Role**:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective

employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals.

**What will you do**:

- Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
- Screening Applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telephone, video or in-person interviews.
- Performing background & reference checks.
- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

**What you will bring**:

- 1-3 years of experience working into IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Good understanding of Job portals & hiring tools
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking system (ATS)
- Able to arrange telephonic, video & in-person interviews
- Should have understanding of technical skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
