**Factory Operator Job Requirement**

**Job Title**: Factory Operator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in the production line according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any technical issues, malfunctions, or production concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain production logs and document operational data as required.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Assist in loading raw materials and unloading finished products.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical or vocational training in machinery or related fields (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience as a factory operator or in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with factory equipment and processes.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of machine operations and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of quality control standards.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and precision in tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects (up to [specific weight]).
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
- Commitment to adhering to safety and operational guidelines.

**Preferred Qualifications**
