Job Description:
We're actively hiring for a dynamic Operations cum Logistics Executive to join our passionate team and help drive our operations to new heights. If you are someone who loves to take on challenges, is willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’re looking for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute logistics operations, including order management and transportationlogistics
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to our valued customers
- Maintain order vs. stock sheet and update on a daily basis
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and exemplary service
- Utilise Tally software for basic accounting tasks such as debit/credit notes, proforma invoices/sales orders, and GRN knowledge, revisions and cancellations included
- Coordinate transport operations and plan dispatch schedules effectively with factory staff
- Resolve client disputes promptly and efficiently, settling claims for returned/damaged goods and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with our PAN India Sales Team and Operations teams on a daily basis

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP modules for seamless accounting operations
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Google Drive, and regular system updates
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving attitude to address challenges effectively

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the supply chain management

sector.

**Salary**:

- 2 - 3 LPA

Things to remember: This position is based out of our registered Head Office in Jaipur city.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
