Installation & Logistics Executive

**Job Summary**:
The job objective of an Installation Executive involves overseeing and managing the installation process of products or systems offered by a company. This role often requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and customer service abilities.

**Qualification**:Graduate/ Diploma in electronics, with 7-8 years of experience in installation of product/ devices.

**Work Experience**:7-8 years of experience in installation of product/ devices & Logistic Management

**Key Responsibility**:

- Travel to customer/client locations for installation activities.
- Ensure the availability of components/parts to be installed at customer location.
- Communication pre-installation requirements to customer/client.
- Installation of the products as per the installation manuals and demonstration of the safety, maintenance, and operation procedures to customer/client representatives.
- Documentation of installation, operation, and maintenance checklists and issuance of documents to customers.
- Ensure installation kits are available all the time.
- Timely installation of the products and suggesting areas where products should be set up to ensure increased efficiency.
- Troubleshooting problems with existing equipment.
- Providing customers with verbal and written operating instructions for product
- Ensure the cleanliness of the area after installation job completion.
- Recording and maintaining key parts related to stock levels used during installation.
- Provide feedback on the installation challenges related to products and support required if any.
- Generation of invoices from vendors for the installation, repair, and maintenance services at the site location.
- Ensure the maintenance contracts are executed promptly and adhered to as per the schedule.

**Logistic Management**:

- Planning, Coordinating, and ensuring efficient logistics operations for every inward and outward movement.
- Hands-on experience in freight negotiation with vendors for optimal Freight rates.
- Communicates effectively & works smoothly with cross-functional teams (Production, Vendor/Supplier, Finance, and Purchase).
- Well experienced in preparing rate contracts with transporters.
- Vendor management and Customer Relationship Management.
- Database maintenance of all the dispatches and transporters' details.
- Analysing the order to dispatch details, transporters' performance, and time analysis.
- Hands-on experience in preparing shipment documents for smooth dispatches.
- Manages all Transportation requirements and ensures smooth logistics operations.
- Ensures the transportation of goods from company to clients in a timely manner.
- Responsible for Consumer satisfaction, packing quality, Transportation cost, expense reduction, assisting transportation drivers, and revision of client feedback on the delivery of the consignment.
- Ensures that all orders are handled, prepared, and served safely in accordance with as per the guidelines provided.
- Inspection of the site before installation and ensure close coordination with House Manager for smooth installation of goods.
- Hands-on experience on resources to facilitate installation on site.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
