Role Description
(Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan)

We're looking for a
Logistics Executive
to join our team in
Jaipur, Rajasthan.
This is a
full-time, on-site role
for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership from order to delivery.

You'll be responsible for
managing the complete order cycle
— from receiving orders, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring on-time dispatches, and communicating updates to customers.

You'll work closely with the operations team to
implement process improvements
,
adapt to changing priorities
, and
achieve our delivery performance metrics
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end order process
    , from order placement to delivery completion.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and timely dispatches.
  • Manage and coordinate riders/drivers
    , ensuring smooth execution of daily delivery schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with
    suppliers and customers
    to ensure clarity, transparency, and quick issue resolution.
  • Handle
    daily logistics operations
    — tracking shipments, resolving delivery challenges, and ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Work under pressure
    while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to
    implement process improvements
    and drive efficiency.
  • Monitor key logistics KPIs and
    take corrective action
    when required.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to
    enhance the customer experience
    and operational workflow.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    logistics, operations, or supply chain management
    (automotive sector preferred).
  • Strong
    communication and coordination
    skills.
  • Ability to
    stay calm under pressure
    and handle multiple priorities at once.
  • Problem-solving mindset
    with attention to detail and adaptability to change.
  • Comfortable working with
    logistics tools/software
    for order and delivery tracking.
  • Graduation. (Not Mandatory)
