We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to be the voice of our brand and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering the best solution.

Manage returns, exchanges, order tracking, and general product inquiries.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles (preferably in retail or fashion).

Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Comfortable working with CRM tools and order management systems.

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Customer care executive: 1 year (preferred)

Total work: 1 year (preferred)

Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
