Factory Incharge

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire factory operations including production, maintenance, quality control, inventory, and safety.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
- Ensure optimal use of resources (manpower, machinery, materials).
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and security within the factory.
- Coordinate with departments such as procurement, logistics, HR, and quality assurance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Resolve factory-level issues related to labour, machinery, or quality.
- Train, motivate, and manage production staff and supervisors to foster a high-performance culture.
- Prepare and present reports on productivity, downtime, and other KPIs to senior management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing or production,
- Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with factory ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
