We are currently looking to hire a detail-oriented and organized **Inventory Coordinator** for our Rajasthan factory to support our growing operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage daily inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate stock records through ERP or inventory management software.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.
- Prepare inventory reports for management and highlight variances or shortages.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and movement of stock in the warehouse.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and coordinate for disposal or reallocation.
- Implement best practices in inventory control and suggest process improvements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse coordination (preferably in a factory setting).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software (ERP, Tally, SAP, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Rajasthani/Marwari a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Salary Range**:
₹12,000 - ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
