**Job Title: Inventory Executive**

**Department**: Inventory
**Reports To**: Inventory Manager

**Salary**:INR 2,28,000 - INR 2,88,000 per annum (CTC)

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
- Record and maintain inventory data in software systems.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in compliance with company standards.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Generate inventory reports for management review on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and practices.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of items.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory area.
- Production Voucher Entries and stock allotment against existing orders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in inventory or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPIM).
- Experience with barcode scanners, RFID, or automated inventory systems.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
