Job Title: Inventory Executive

Reports To: Inventory Manager

Salary: INR 2,28,000 – INR 2,88,000 per annum (CTC)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage and maintain accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, managing stock movements, and ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability.
  • Perform regular stock audits and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
  • Record and maintain inventory data in software systems.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in compliance with company standards.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Generate inventory reports for management review on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and practices.
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inventory area.
  • Production Voucher Entries and stock allotment against existing orders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Must be Commerce graduate.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in inventory or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPIM).
  • Experience with barcode scanners, RFID, or automated inventory systems.
