We are seeking a diligent and motivated Compliance Executive to join our team. As a Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and enforcement of regulatory compliance policies and procedures. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements set forth by relevant authorities.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to assess adherence to compliance policies.
- Assist in drafting and updating compliance manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and report on compliance issues, including suspicious activities, to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide compliance-related guidance and support.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Assist in conducting compliance training sessions for employees.

**Qualifications**:

- **B.Com (mandatory)**:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks (preferred but not required).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
