- **Monitoring compliance**: Overseeing the company's internal policies and ensuring that all aspects of the business are conducted within the law
- **Managing risk**: Identifying potential compliance issues and developing strategies to mitigate them
- **Educating employees**: Informing employees of legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines
- **Investigating irregularities**: Investigating any non-compliance issues or irregularities
- **Reporting**: Reporting back to management and regulatory bodies on any violations of laws or regulations
- **Representing the company**: Representing the company in legal matters and providing legal perspectives to the business
- **Managing audits**: Program managing various audits
- **Creating plans**: Setting plans to manage a compliance violation or crisis

Compliance executives may also be responsible for reviewing marketing materials, presentations, and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
