**Job Title: Executive Assistant**

**Reports To**: Founder and CEO

**Job Summary**:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Founder and CEO of a global company focused on building Global Business Service (GBS) centers, Global Capability Centers (GCC), Global Innovation Hubs to develop new services and revenues, and moving Core Operations to these centers. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct administrative support to the Founder and CEO, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and engagements are coordinated and documented.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure completion of research, reports, presentations and proposals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proactively anticipate the CEO's needs and take initiative to resolve issues or provide assistance.
- Attend meetings and take notes as needed.
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's business operations and objectives.
- Work effectively across time zones and with colleagues in different geographic locations.
- Liaise with EAs of other CEOs of Fortune 500 and global 2000 companies across US, UK, Europe, and Asia to set meetings and ensure effective communication and coordination between the CEO and other executives.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations.

**Education and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for a C-level executive or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Proven ability to handle complex and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to work across time zones.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents.
- Learns quickly and enjoys taking on new clients and projects.

**Work Hours**: Working hours will be 45 hours/week. However, the job requires putting all effort required to ensure deliverables to clients and the internal team are done on time.
